[Resolved]  Ask Me Bazaar — Need of replacement or refund of the defective product

With reference to the previous complaint about the ask me bazaar, i want to inform you that still i'm not getting a good reply.this is 4th complaint it.Even though i have informed to them about the delivery of the product ( i was not available at the time of delivery and so i have opened it later and also i complained about it later ).they repeating the same saying" your complaint is late, we cannot take your complaint".i have a warranty card of 1 year warranty with this product in which there is no source of contact about the dealer.Then how can i exchange the product.There is no proper bill (contains no bill no, TIN no, Email ID, contact no), but they have collected tax amount from me.i am so vexed of buying this product here.i am unable to concentrate in my work because of this.i want to replace or refund my product definitely. i have said them that i'm going to consumer court, but they didn't reply to me.this shows their response to consumers.i have giving this complaint with all hope in you.please do the need for me as soon as possible.

how many times do you repeat this so far? i have already said that i'm not available at the time of delivery and so i've opened on 20th feb, 2016.i have already informed this so many times to you and also i have registered a complaint on consumer complaint through online. after that you only have asked to raise a ticket and i also have done. but you are starting again the same story from the first. the provided warranty card contains no source of contact .i.e. E-mail ID, contact no, TIN no, serial no, address.so, i can't contact the seller. From the beginning of yours, i have been purchasing products through your website and also i have recommended everyone to buy here.this is first time, i've complaining about a product to you and you have also delaying me for response. this act of yours made me so disappointed and also i'm confusion of buying anymore products here.so, please do the need for me soon.
