Hello team,

I had placed the order in your site with order id: ndd11565309 and i was informed that i would be receiving the call back from the backend team with next few hours and my order will be delivered on april 16th before 11:59 pm. I don't have the proof of receipt noe i have received the call back from your backend team. Really disappointed with the service which was offere by you and your customer care. Would recommend purchasing again in your website. Requesting you to refund my hard earned money.
