[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — No refund for Order number AB2323698

I received a defective product I called Ask me Bazaar help desk they said they can only provide the refund.
I agreed to it.
2 days after they arranged for a reverse pickup of the product.
They said I will be getting refund in 7-10 days.
Until now I haven't received any refund.
And whenever I call Ask me bazaar they keep saying that they will refund the amount next business day.
