[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Non delivery of goods and after a period of 19days, refunded the amount and expired the gift voucher. | |||
On 12/03/16, i purchased the under garments after using the gift voucher for rs.250/- handed over to me in a function. Goods were booked vide order no.Ab10468982 for lux cozy white vest and trunks. Goods were not delivered to me till 29/03/16. On 29/03/16, i got the message that the seller had refused to supply the goods so order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded with in 5-7 working days. Now on seeing my a/c today, the amount which was paid after use of gift voucher, has been credited to my a/c on 30/3/16. So to use my gift voucher, i tried to purchase the good on today but the voucher was shown as expired. Since it was delay on the part of the company for communicating and effect of the refund of the amount of initial purchase, the validity of the voucher should be enhanced for a sufficient time to use it.
