I ordered a Lumia phone (Order # NDD2761186) and didn't get any sort of response on the shipment. After several follow up with their customer care (support ticket # 74884), they finally confirmed that they don't have product to deliver and cancelled the order after 3 days of waiting (I am not sure how they can take order for products which are not in their inventory - surprisingly they claimed they had stock when put the order). Now, by giving reasons of their processes, they promised to return back the money in next 7 days, hope they do keep their promise and I don’t have to go through another hassle. :(
Now I can understand why they have so many un-happy customers (these videos of delighted customers seem to be fake).
Friends, avoid askmebazaar if you don’t want to live in uncertainty and don’t want your money to get blocked for 2 weeks for no reason. Was this information helpful? |
Do not order any thing on ask me bazaar it is the fraud company they take the payment without having the product in their stock. No tracking system, no confirmation by email, no customer care service, no responsible person comes on phone for any query.All customer are requested not to give any advance payment to this company only pay after verification .
