[Resolved]  Ask Me Bazaar — Order id - ab[protected] black and brown jacket

Hi Team,

I have ordered 2 Jacket black and Brown and received the item on friday 04/03/16 and I was out of station and more over I informed the courier person not to deliver the item until I come back but he has given to my neighborhood. I came back on 07/03/16 and check the item and the quality was really bad and called customer care to return the product and they denied saying it is more than 48 hrs and the product is like a paper and how will I use it and more over I got a bad customer service from one of your team leader who keep on saying the same thing and do not understand what I am going through, Kindly do the needfull and refund the amount and take the product back.

No action is been taken by Askme Bazar but when I called customer care and spoke to a Team Lead Sujith telling me that this is the final resolution and as per policy 48 hours is over and keep denying my request.I request to refund my money back and take the product back from me and also they did not provide any invoice for the product.kindly do the needful

I have raise a Ticket regarding the above issue and request you to take the product and refund my money back.

I need an immediate response that favours me as I did not use ur product and it is kept as such as i have received.

Also I need someone from Consumer complaint Team to take it further on these kind of issues with these Online companies who make money by giving faulty products and they ignore customers issues and do not refund the money even though if it is a genuine reason.There are so many people who purchase things from online and do not have enough support from these online companies to get their money back for any faulty products and worst products.

Request you to address these kind of issues to help people who are not aware of how to handle the issues.

As per the request I have raised the Ticket ( Ticket # : 75794) and when I spoke to customer care of Ask me Bazaar, they informed that they do not have any info about this ticket number and the best part is worst customer service and I do not know whether I will receive my refund or not.

Can some one help me in this as this company is trying to not to consider my request and just playing around me and I never seen such a fraud company in my life and when I spoke to customer care got annoyed and did not get any resolution.

Can we proceed these things legally as they have taken the product back and no update after that.
