[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Order ID AB7505714 not delivered

HI, I made a order for power bank on 13th Nov-15 in askmebazaar.com website via the order id AB7505714.(Image attached). I made a online payment for this item. Till now the power bank is not delivered to me. But when ever I called their customer care they tell me that the power bank is delivered via blue dart courier AWB #[protected]. I made a query with bluedart and they claim that the AWB number is invalid. I also dont get any tracking details for the AWB #[protected] in the bluedart courier site.(image attached) Please help me in getting my money back.

Updated by Selva G immediately after posting this complaint, I received a call from [protected] and the person asked me for the CARD number, expiry date, cvv, and pin of the card used for online payment. when I refused to give the CVV he disconeected the call with no manners.

Is this askmebazaar person?

Updated by Selva G There were multiple tickets opened regarding this undelivered product complaint. e.x. 17548.
what is the status of all the ticket? You can't just close a ticket as product delivered.
Because i have not received the product.
Please provide evidence for your claim that the product is delivered for the subject order.
