I have ordered this on 20th feb 2016 and got the product(3 pair of jeans) delivered after paying rs 1000, but the jeans were not good so called your customer care on 1st march 2016 and asked for return they opened one ticket - qrc83905612 and told that within 13 days it would be returned. I called after that then they told that as per courier update it has not been delivered .. This is first time i have ordered from their site and got such a bitter experience and today is march 18 2016 and nothing has happened till now, no return, no call from your customer care. I myself is calling everytime. Opened ticket #81152 at their buyers support site 17 days before and till then they are asking me to share first images of products then supply slip etc etc .. I shared all things but today their customer support guy posted in the ticket that "this is to inform you that shipping label and order id is different so please share the correct order id so that we can assist you accordingly." . Date, time, price everything is same in the two receipts . Seems some fraud supply is happening at their end and they are cheating customer like this by changing the order and supply slips and then fooling customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
