Ask Me Bazaar — Payment done through debit card while ordering still delivery boy is asking for cash on delivery

I have ordered 2 LED bulbs on 10.7.2015 order id AB4005320 and paid through debit card Rs 271 while ordering. Delivery boy came today after 10 days and asking me to pay again the same amount, while i told him that i have already paid he took the product from me and told me he will not be able to deliver it to me unless i pay and went back.
