[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Poor customer service | |||||
#64708 ticket Order Id: AB9403468 Hi Team, I ordered for Tangerine Purple and Orange cushion cover however incorrect product was delivered to me (I ordered the product on double price as it was 'Sold Out' on other sites). I logged the complaint on call center and requested for return of the product. They took my complaint and I got the message on phone that 'Reverse pick up has been arranged' however no one turned till date. I again registered a complaint and spoke to Supervisor, she told me that I will receive a call back within 24 hrs however no one called me. After so many complaints, now they are asking me to send the product myself. This is ridiculous. Can someone help me with this issue to get the reverse pick up arrange.I do not want to get in hassal of 1st sending the product to them and 2nd sending the delivery receipt to them and 3rd then chasing them for refund. This is just a harassment for the customer. When they have to deliver the product courier service was available however, when they have to do the reverse pick up courier service is not available. We have tried several times to collect the product from your area, however, due to limited services we request you to courier the product to us. Once the product is received, we'll refund the amount of the courier and the product as well.
