[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Refund for incomplete order | |||||
I had ordered groceries at askmebazaar.com. 2 different orders and both the orders were incomplete. so on the bill they mentioned the refund amount. after the delivery I got a call from askmebazaar and they said i will get my refund or else remaining products in next 2 days. Its been 16 days now, I have not got any call also now. I had comlaint so many times but always i get one answer "Sir you will get your refund in 24 ours we have launched a complaint" 5 times I have complaint already and also I have emailed them. their email department does not understand english only. they are repeatedly replying that please provide us the compaint alphanumeric number. I have emails him 2 times already with the bill amount scanned copy. No one is helping me. I am worried about my refund. Details : Order Number- AG[protected] AND AG[protected] ORDER DATE- 29th March Dispatch - 30th March Payment mode- Online registered mobile number- [protected] complained from mobile no.
