[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Refund of money of defective product | |||||
Dear sir i am amit kumar from purnea, bihar i had ordered a book of ibps so marketing in the month of november on askme bazar.com, my order no is DGA7771267 i received that book 5 th of december 2015 through DTDC CORIER, . i paid 341/-for that, that book was not according to the sample, as pages of book was not proper, then i contacted to the customer care many times and i asked to return my money. they told me that they donot have product recovery center here in purnea, so i hav to send the book to deepak sahi of nuvologistics pvt ltd, i sent the book and paid corrier charge 300/- . then i contacted to the custmer care, they told me with in 10 days i wil get my money back but after 10 days i again contacted, this time they told me that we have credited ur amount, i checked but there wasno any amount on that .again i contacted this time they r askin my accont detail, tell me why should i give my account detail, kindly help me to get my money refund that is 641/- Amit kumar ph [protected] purnea bihar Was this information helpful? | |||||
