[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Refunding the amount. | |||||
We had placed order ab11047741, and we received an message stating that this order got cancelled we brought the product from other store. Askme bazaar team reassign this order to other vendor. In between we called the support team to place cancellation of ab11047741, they said they cant do it. Asked me to reject the product when it arrives. So i did it was on 3rd of this month. Now when i call and ask for the update two of the customer service representatives were disconnected my call when i say its about refund. And when i asked for team lead or manager he said he said he not going to forward it. All i want is cancel this order and please refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
