I ordered for Vu 32 inches full HD LED TV on 21st Nov. 2015 and after waiting for long time, I did not got my order.
Then I cancel my order on 4th December 2015 and I call to many times to customer care, they told it will be refunded (amount : 16399 rupees) in next 5 to 7 days.
I am still waiting but I didn't got my refund. First time I ordered this site but my experience is very bad.
Now I want my refund amount : 16399 rupees in next 2 days otherwise I will take legal action.

I tried to order for intex protector in askmebazzar.com on 8th October 2015(amount: 1381) due to some problem in the website I did not get any confirmation page or mail or sms from askmebazzar. But money debited from my account.
I thought my order was not placed properly and it will get refund automatically. Since I needed the product very urgently I got the product from my local shop.
After a week(approx 10 days) I got sms that your order AB5876736 is ready to ship. immediately I called to askmebazzar customer support to cancel the order. They take it as case, next day I got sms from support team saying "we can not cancel the order since its shipped already so please refuse delivery"
Courier service boy attended delivery on 24 October 2015 afternoon. As advised by support team I refused the delivery and informed to the customer support.
Few days later again I called to customer support to check my status but they have updated as delivered. After that I made many calls and spoke to agents and their senior managers: Dasal, Suma, Naresh etc but no proper response from them.
So much of my time, energy etc wasted to get back my money from them, I want my money back
If the status is delivered send me the proof of delivery. May be the problem is with your courier service or the seller. This is not my mistake as your guys advised I refused the delivery. I want my money back.
