[Resolved]  Ask Me Bazaar — Ridiculous services

Dear Team, This is Vikas Malhotra your X customer and this is the bad experience to have shopping with you. You are having ridiculous services department and back office team, I have been never suggested anyone to have shopping with your company, Now I can tell you my problem, I bought 2 power banks of LIMO of Rs. 598.00 (each Rs. 299.00). My order no is AB648457. Order Place in December. Your courier boy delivered me a single piece of power bank but I paid full amount which is Rs. 598.00. And he said he will deliver my second piece asap. The courier boy given me his senior's no Sudhir [protected]. I Called him and he said your second piece is with me I will deliver you shortly. But I had not received. Then I called on customer care no. in January they said to me they will issue me Rs. 300.00 coupon code. And I will shop again online through this code free. I visit your site and bought power bank of Rs. 399.00 I took option Rs. 99.00 cash on delivery. My second order no. is AB749315. Someone call me to confirm my order. And then I had not received my piece after completing 15 days then I called in February again what about my delivery your telecaller said which product you have choose it is out of stock. (Remember no body called me to inform that this product is out of stock). I said ok tell me what should I do. They said we'll provide you another discount coupon code or we'll sent you the cheque of your amount no. I have been followed this problem with your team since 16th December 2014. But I still haven't got any solutions. I am attaching the screen shots of order from my phone. And also attaching the order form which I got my courier boy. The AWB no. Was[protected]. Actually now this is final call for you. Otherwise I am going to consumer court and claim lots of things. Vikas Malhotra [protected]
