Dear Concern, I have ordered a pair of shoes but once I receive the the shoe it was a little tight to me and seems that you are not offering the standard size. I need to replace the shoe with a + size and call to your customer care person, she is not ready to listen any thing and said there is no any replacement policy. I need to replace the shoe any how I have ordered with 7 size and now I need 8, this is a request, please replace the shoe in next 3 days. Order details are as below.
