I have ordered a pair of shoes with order no. AB6088272 on 14th October 2015 paid online and got it delivered on 29th October 2015. the shoes are not fitting in to my feet so I called them but they are saying that they have no such policy. I want to replace that product and if not possible, just return that product and refund.
