Ask Me Bazaar — Wanted to cancel my order no AB3984566

Please cancel my order number AB3984566. The company has all the rights to do everything themselves what does this mean for consumer. The website doesn't allow to cancel, track or any kind of change in orders. Is this the system of your company business, Customer has no rights if it is defective then what will we do. I can't receive this in a metro city and capital of India after 3 days.
