[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Worst company which i had ever been through | |||
I had spoke minimum i think 20-23 people in ask me bazaar customer care regarding my refund which i think i should get in the month of march'15 only but due to there neglency still the time i havn't got any rewert for refund from their end. Always hearing a same copied line that within 02 days you will get call from our backend senior team and after that with 7 days money will be credited into your account but its been i think its been over 02 months i am facing this problem with this company. Just let me know in very simple way will i be getting my money back or for whole life i have to just trace this call centre peoples. The product which i had order was costing me around inr 400/- and i think i had spend over inr 200 on just calling them. I am really very frustrated with the same stories that you will get tomorrow n the day after that n all which is no more acceptable now. If i am not receiving my money in my account within this month then directly i will lodge a fir against this fraud company, who steals money of their customers with no payback guarantee. Kindly take my complain on priority basis or else i have lodge the fir against this bull company. Was this information helpful? | |||
