[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Wrong and faulty product delivered and not getting favorable response in returning same | |||||
I had ordered the product on 25th Jan under order ID: AB9200370 and if we will go by your 10 days delivery policy then it was supposed to be delivered to me on 5th Feb. I had raised many tickets complaining delay in delivery but all went in vain and at last I lost the hope the product will ever get delivered to me. Suddenly on 11th Feb someone came with the package to my office and handed over the product to my office staff without any prior notification. I was out of town and came to know about the delivery from my colleges who had paid for the product on my behalf. No one called me to verify if they should handover the document to someone else in my absence or not. I received message from your office for the delivery at 04:44 pm in the evening whereas it was delivered in the morning only, where is the coordination? I came back on Monday and collected the package from my office and found the product delivered was of very bad quality and was totally different from what was mentioned in product details reflecting on ask me bazaar website.I have raised many tickets on their website and every time they close my ticket saying sorry we only entertain complaints made within 48 hours.
