[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Wrong product shipped. Cannot sign into askmebazaar account. Cannot contact customer care. | |||
Hello. I purchased a set of jeans which were both sent in the wrong size. I had specified size 34 but received both size 28. To add to that, I haven't been able to sign into my askmebazaar account and I cannot even reset the password for some reason. The jeans cost 800 rupees and I will incur a major loss if I can't have them exchanged or returned. I placed the order on 29th April, 2006. Order number: AB11877096 I haven't been able to sign in ever since I received the product. Hence I haven't been able to apply for an exchange/return. The email I sent to customer care wasn't received by them because their inbox is full. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
