[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Wrong product/money refund | |||||
I orderd a sennheiser hd201 head phone. i received the product some days back but .when i opened the package it was a mobile inside. i was shocked and i talked to the delivery guy he rejectted to take it back as the address and the billling was correct the billing was on the headphones . i complained it to the customer care service and they told me someone will come to collect it and my money will be refunded . i received a msg in mobile that someone will be coming for the return pick up of the product . i waited no one came the second day also the same msg came but no one came or contactted me. this is the complient number they gave me, qrc57708431 i have attached 2 images that shows the billing and the product i have received!. if its possible plz give me the product i orderd replace with the wrong product i recieved . or give me a refund and take back the mobile Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per my order no ABF2531720 from Elligator Sales for Bata Stylish Sport Shoes for Men amp 45 power amp 95 839 amp 45 2049 amp 95 spartiateSG 1957055, colour Grey & Blu, i want to inform you that i have receive my order today at 13.00 pm but that order is not as per my order i have placed on you. I have placed an order for Shoes of size 10 but unfortunately i received the same shoes in size 7 which is wrongly delivered to me.
Therefore i would like to return the same product to you and you may again send me the same product of the size of 10. This is my request and for your kind information.
