[Resolved] Ask Me Bazar — Iphone 5s 16gb | |||||
Not delivered my shipment and not refund in my bank account. My order is prepaid and i choose next day delivery option. Order date id 5th feb 2016 and order no is - ndd2696715 and second order no is - ndd2696664 and third order no is - ndd2698222. My complaint were registered on 10th feb 2016 because my order is not delivered and i said to mr rohit singh please refund my amount because your service is very low. He told me your order is cancelled because this product is out of stock.And your refund is processing . Your amount will be refund in your bank account with in 3 to 5 working days. But today is 9th working days but my refund is not in my bank account. Today again i called them and talk to mr. Navender he told me your order was cancelled on 16th feb 2016 please wait 3 to 5 working days.. My order compliant no is - qrc13748. Please resolve my problem.
