My Order no: AMBAL[protected] placed today (29 Feb 2016) got auto cancelled.
I received a SMS stating cancellation, immediately I call up their customer care number.
Initially an executive picked the call and said that I didn't pick up confirmation call. But I didn't get any calls which i informed her.
She put the call on hold for a while, then she said the products are out of stock.
I thought no use talking to her, so asked her to put the call to superior.
Then the call was transferred to Ms Uma, she also says 7 times your people called me (but its absolute faking). I said Ms UMA that I have called you immediately after seeing the cancellation SMS and requested her to kindly revive the order and supply it.
ButsShe refused to reactivate the order and supply it and she says me to place an order again.
Its absolutely unfair practice.
Later I raised a complaint ticket via their online portal (ticket number# 3881) after which I got a mail stating orders confirmed and their people will call but then no one called me.
I would like to buy the product if they immediately take up the issue and resolve it.
Otherwise kindly guide me how to legally take it up.
Because these people literally ruined my entire day productive time and created lot of mental agony. Was this information helpful? |
