I got mail from Bosten Technologies for hiring a Python developer and I got
selected and in final round for document verification they are they have sent me this link of verifymydocuments.com and asking to Pay money for document verification. Its fraud I have gone through the official website of that bosten tech there is no present hiring's for python developer and after a lot of research I got to know that verifymydocuments is a fake site.

          I made an online payment and few of my items were not delivered and I returned one item back, due to which the total cash back reached above Rs.500, so the cash back transaction was supposed to be done online, but no action have been taken on my complaint with QRC no as QRC-47977.Please resolve.

            I have placed 2 order on 15th of Aug, 2016 as well as on 16 Aug, 2016. Payment has been detected from my card (citi bank), but order has not been created . I called the support team for same on 15th Aug as well as on 16 Aug, support person raised the ticket for same. After 4-5 day I got a call and they told me that my refund has been initiated and I will get it in next 7 days. Now, it more than a 15 days - I did not received my refund. I am trying to called customer care no since last 10 days, Its not working, I search on net and found they shut down their business.

              I had ordered 17 items vide order No. AG[protected] on 16.08.2016 and I got a message of order confirmation. On 19.08.2016 I got another message that my order has been cancelled. The already paid amount of Rs. 2508/- has not been refunded, in spite of repeated e-mail and telephonic communications and now a days their customer support number [protected] is not accepting any call. I request you to look into the matter and refund my already paid amount towards the order, for our continued relationship.

              Today the 05.09.2016 at around 7 PM I had received a call from telephone number [protected] claimed to be from Askme grocery.com and enquired about my complaint. The person asked my credit card details, from where the amount was paid to ask me grocery for a speedy refund within 5 minutes. I realised this call was from a fraudulent person and did not disclose the details. So this is a case of Fraud on Fraud.

              No response from anywhere. It seems that askmegrocery.com is a fraud company. They are not even willing to respond to my several e-mail communications to refund my money. With all the relevant documents, I am planning to approach concerned court of law.

                I ordered some items from askme grocery on 16 august 2016, and make online transaction order no.AG[protected]. but this order is cancelled by askme grocery on 18 august 2016 but they not initiate refund in my account .i call ask me grocery approx 20-25 time they said they have some system problem.i also raised complain but i did"nt get reply. kindly solve my problem and initiate my money

                  I have made two transaction from ask me grocery first transaction detail is dated 17/07/2016 11:19:15 17/07/2016 73355 NET TXN: PAYU [protected] for RS 2, 303.50

                  and second one is dated 17/07/2016 12:53:12 17/07/2016 80787 NET TXN: PAYU [protected] 2, 303.50

                  Both transaction have been failed but payment have been deducted from my account with the above reference.

                  I have made a compliant to ask me grocery for that. They have refunded first payment in my account. but second payment is still pending .

                  I have followed up with their customer care number n number of time. they always tell that it will be refunded soon but nothing done so far

                  its been more than a month..

                        My Order is canceled with a very wrong reason and even i called in support number [protected] and talked with Mr Vinay Yadav but he was also misinterpreted the issue. My area is serviceable but canceled my order with a wrong reason like non-serviceable area. -- AG[protected]

                        The same order i placed day before yesterday with order no: AG[protected] but i was also canceled from my side due to wrong invoice by delivery boy who was charging Rs 1001/- whereas i placed at Rs 951.14/- This order showing at website is Completed Status but i am the customer and i have not received any order.


                        Your services are really bad impressive for me because of false statememts even by your dealer/delivery boy or by your customer care person. Mr Vinay Yadav was telling that he is team leader and he has no rights to generate my complain number. He was also saying that website prices are wrong like Colgate 300gm which is showing in website at Rs 98/- but delivery boy was charging in his invoice at Rs 127/- Attachment is also clarify the current price of Colgate which is showing in website. It means you are just cheating the customer only through the website.


                        It will be appreciable if you will take action against wrong peoples who are just making wrong image of your company with the customer and provide me the satisfactory response. I really so demotivated for you guys.

                              I ordered green tea bag 3 packets but i received 2 pckets of loose green tea and 1 packet of normal tea bags.
                              I complained on same day but still issue not resolved, every time i am getting call and saying that it will resolve in next 24 hours. but did nt happen yet.

                              He should know the result why he is asking to me.

                                1week has already been passed...still no action has been taken..just contacting each other
                                I' m Rakesh from Indirapuram. Recently on 29th June 12 AM, i made a payment of Rs 2081.74 on Abskme Grocery with order id AG[protected]. Actual shipment was 4 to 6 working hours but they have taken already 4 days, Called 4 times in last 3 days but same answer will get back to you in 1 hour.with same response that we have forwarded your complaint to concerned team. Kindly help me out to product delivered. So I'm waiting to get justice.The most 3rd class service i ever got from any online service portal.I will write every where on all network side and will suggest people never ever use Askme Bazar service.Everybody has written -ve about them.My mistake was without reading reviews i order from Askme Bazar Grocery.Please helpme

                                  The site says we deliver the material in 2-6 hours. I am living in new delhi. No remote location. Still it's been 45 hours, they have not delivered 3 orders placed on their site on 23rd evening. Called up customer care more than 12 times each call was on an average for 30 minutes. No complaint number is given every time. Each time the executive say your material will be delivered "as soon as possible". But no delivery has taken place. No verbal or written commitment. Even senior officials/supervisors don't come on line to attend the customer.

                                  Pathetic experience. Kindly suggest what to be done for them.

                                    I have ordered in Ask Me Grocery for an amount of Rs.768/- on
                                    [protected]. At that time of ordering the website has not shown my address is not in their service area. They have cancelled the order number AG[protected] on that day it self. But they have not refunded the amount till date. Daily I am contacting them. They are not responding properly.To day they have informed that they want 10-12 working days for refund.
                                    What is the reason behind this, I do not understand their policy of refund.
