[Resolved] Askmebazaar — A fraudster debited my account instead of crediting for fault product

Defective product and got cheated by the AskMeBazaar employees
Hello,
We have received defective product on AskMeBazaar and upon complaining on the AskMeBazaar account regarding the same received a call from AskMeBazaar employee asking for account details for refunding the money. It is shameful on the part of AskMeBazaar employees to take advantage of our trust and misuse the card and utilise the card for their personal purchases of worth 1.1K.
It is very disappointing to know that AskMeBazaar gives details of customers to such frauds.
Also not receiving a mail upon clarification and is making it difficult for me to return or file complaint on the product.

I request the AskMeBazaar authorities to take action regarding this issue. An FIR will be filed in the police station.
I am deeply disappointed and annoyed with this customer service.
