i ordered for carah bedsheet, Order Summary; Order Id: DGA8589951 Placed on Thursday, 24 December, 2015 at askmebazaar.com ITEM Size Color QTY SUBTOTAL Carah Exclusive Bedsheet Set With Pillow Covers - CRH - DB153 NA Multicolour 1 Rs. 300 /- Discount ( SANTADSGHT86F ) (-) Rs. 129 /- Shipping Charge FREE Total Rs. 171 but the delivered product was not the product which i ordered and even that product was so dirty means they have kept smashed coffee cup in that and they packed . The bedsheet was completely torn and it look like used one. After looking that even when i called them they said we will refund you after you return the product so we are suppose to send it back to delhi by courier by spending our amount for there miss take is the they give quality product and servre the customer. BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE; I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. I received a defective/damaged Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in support on[protected]the same day) with ticket No.31456. For many weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise new ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454. Then they wanted me to update IFSC Code. I E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page. After that their site was showing "Awaiting my response.". On day I noticed that they have closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving my grievance. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints and other forums. For this I found response from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you. ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process and.." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.
