[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — cheat by saying that product is out of stock

AS I PLACED AN ORDER OF "TABLET WITH KEYBOARD" With ORDER No. "AB1929297", ON OFFER PRICE @ Rs. 500/- (as MRP is Rs. 5999/-) on 30/03/2015, as Company Confirmed that your product order is submitted & you will get delivery within 10 days . But as On 09/04/2015, still i have not received the product, then I make a call to their Customer care no. [protected], The Officer confirm me that you will get the product in next 2 days. Then I again call to customer care on 11/04/2015 in night, as they said that your order is cancelled because product is out of stock, they also said if you required this product you have to place a new order on today's rate which is 4299/- Complaint is that: its not fare. . how can cheat the company to client in such a way that they attract the consumer by showing low offer price, but not deliver the product. plz do needful. . Otherwise have to go for consumer court or publication to protect consumer's benifit..
