I have ordered a product on 18th may 2016 and the product had'nt delivered on time as you mentioned. After enquiry i got to know that courier company can't find the address. So this order had cancelled automatically on 29th may. But i keep continue to call to your customer care but i don't get my money back, they only give dates to resolve this case.
