[Resolved]  Askmebazaar.com — Non delivery of product

3 days back i ordered an air conditioner for the next day delivery and i paid upfront with my credit card and being rest assured that the product will be delivered next day as it's the case with all the online sellers. I just received an order confirmation and nothing else for a whole day after that. The third day after raising a ticket and talking to tons of people in your customer care team i'm being assured to wait for some time for the product to be delivered. All this while i kept asking for the supplier name or atleast a confirmation on mail so that i can track my package.
Since it was an ac and had to be installed i took a day off from my work. So last night another senior member told that i'll receive it by 10 pm at max. I agreed and i said fine if that's the case otherwise i'll cancel the order and have it from the market.

So the day passes and now it's the third day and again i speak to one of the senior executives named pranil and again i'm told to wait till evening and no other information is given.
What i fail to understand that is it so difficult to connect me to the back end team and let me know the status. Why it has to be so tedious for a customer and he has to go through all this?
Even the customer support team seems to be baffled about the issue and tells me to call back after half an hour cause their superiors are busy.

Additionally, i would have cancelled the order by now but unfortunately i can't see no orders on my askmebazaar account, so you guys need to work on that too.

It's my sincere request to have the product delivered it today or have it cancelled and i swear to god this will be my last interaction with your company.
