[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Order cancelled even though product is available in their website | |||||
I have purchased Btwin- Mybike Cycle on 7th Nov 2015 from askmebazaar.com, order no.AB7269128 I had called up their customer support number to know the status of the order, they told me that server is down and unable to check the status. I was following up continuously and now they are telling the order has been cancelled due to order out of stock. I had paid for the product ordered on 7th Nov 2015 and even now ( 14th of Nov) they have the product available on their website. Then how come the confirmed orders can be cancelled even without inform the customer who has paid fully for the order. This is not acceptable at all. How will a customer trust askmebazaar.com !!! I have decided not to make any online purchase hereafter with askmebazaar.com. Beware of askmebazaar.com !!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
