[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Order cancelled without any cancellation request | |||||
Hi, I had ordered a Snap and Grip Wrench on Friday 29th January 2016 with order ID AB9319570 from askmebazaar.com and got the confirmation mail and sms from them on the same day. I waited for my order to be delivered till Sunday 7th February and then called their helpline on Monday, 8th Feb to check the status and was assured by the customer care executive that I will get my order within next 2-3 days. I was waiting patiently for my product to be delivered but all of a sudden I got a shocking sms from them on Thursday 11th Feb at 12.25 pm stating, 'Dear buyer, as per your request we have cancelled your duplicate COD order AB9319570'. As I had placed the above order only once and never put any request for cancellation, I immediately called their helpline number from my RTN to get it cleared. The executive on the other side flatly refused to do anything and just told me that the order was cancelled by me and it is not possible to deliver it now. When I asked him to tell me the date, time and the phone number from which he got the cancellation request, he flatly refused and told me that they do not disclose such details. We argued for about 20 minutes as he transferred my call to some of his senior but I got the same reply only. I can't even understand that how my order become duplicate with the same number and why these people are not ready to disclose the cancellation details to me. It is very disappointing and humiliating as it is happened to me second time. It also shows that there is something wrong in their services and the askmebazaar.com is cheating customers and making fool of them. We hate cancelling orders as well. We tried very hard to ship your order but we could just not find the stock anywhere. It would be great if you could please reorder after a while and we will ensure that this doesn't happen again.
