I have booked the wrong product and want to cancel it. I have asked for cancellation three times to the company but they are not listening my words from the moment I have booked it. They are mentioning many words like easy cancellation/return but all are false information. After booking i have called the customer care but the representative told me that it is not updated and to call after 4 hours. Again i have called them after 4hours and one lady repesentative told me that " you tell the courier person to take back". But there are many messages are coming to my mobile and also it is mentioned that your cancellation is not done. Then i have called the customer care again, the representative told me the same as earlier. Please guide me how to fight against these companies.
