I placed an order for a refrigerator on August 22, 2015 . Recieved an SMS and email stating confirmation of order next day with order # NDD 4746954 The only answer i get for numerous calls made to their help line is that we will ensure delivery today. The today has not come till date which is August 26, 2015. The helpline agents are not trained properly and do not know what to answer. Their helpline is bogus. I think the company itself is a fraud company. Today they tell me that there is no "cash on delivery" for this product. It was clearly mentioned cash on delivery and credit on delivery when i booked the product!!! I strongly recommend that NO ONE EVER BUYS FROM THIS COMPANY. They fool customers like this.
