[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Received faulty product from company and now they are not accepting my complaint.

I have ordered Prestige JMG champ mixer and grinder from Askmebazaar.com on 25th august 2015
I have received this order on 5th sept 2015.
I have received faulty (now working condition ) product from ASkmebazaar.com
When i called in customer care of askme today, they have informed me that complaint should be registered within 48 hours and not providing me any solution.
