[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Refund has not been transferred | |||||
I purchased a room heater in Feb 2016 from Askmebazaar. But due to some settings problem I returned that to their concern after consulting with one of their customer care service. They have told me total refund amount plus the courier service charge will be refunded within 15 days. But i dint receive nothing. After so may mails and calls they have returned me Rs. 100/- only. And they have mailed me that "This is to inform you that refund has been done as per the company policy." I don know why these people are harassing us. Its almost 3 months this problem is going on. Solve this issue...kindly. I am exhausted by this kind of customer care service. This is the worst experience I have ever met. Was this information helpful? | |||||
