I Rakesh Gandla, resident of Hyderabad. Couple of months back I purchased a mobile power bank which is cost of 299 rupees, Order No. AB836091 and Complaint No. QRC 181338. The power bank which they shipped is in functional the same I have taken it to the customer care department in month of February and they picked up product and I asked for refund. I provided all my bank details in month of march, and again I called them for the status they said sir we dont have you are bank details and again provided them. They picked the product around march 21st and they said the money will be redirected to the bank account with in the 12 working day, but still they couldn't able to do the same and today is the 16th working day. Today I called them again for the status and they said that money will be redirected with in 10 working days. According to the company policy of askmebazar.com they suppose to refund with in 12 working days and they fail to do the same. This site doesn't bother about the customer problem and it is unfit to be a e-commerce site, please looking into the complaint and please do needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
