[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Transferred my refund to some other bank and now cutting my call. | |||||
Delivered a false product, so i returned the product. But did not get my refund till next 3 weeks. I thought to call them, but they would say that the refund is successful. But where is my money? They transferred the refund to some wrong bank account and blaming me. And now they say they won't help me and cutting the call whenever i call. This is clear fraud that they are trying to do. Because if you make mistake in Bank account number or IFSC code for doing NEFT, the transaction will return instantly. It will fail. How did it go successful when they did the transaction. I need my money back, or else i will deal this in a legal way. And i can surely find the way to find how to deal with such situations as my elder brother is a lawyer.
