[Resolved] Askmebazaar — defective product/ no response on refund

have bought 2 samsung power bank which is defective and not working at all for which a complaint was already placed before and associate who took the complaint assure that someone shortly come and collect the defective product and amount will be refunded. since long there is no response from askmebazar. now when i called to askmebazaar again for the same thing, they informed me that they do not have any complaint for given before (literally shocking). i again placed a complaint and associate give me complaint no on asking not by himself which was again shocking for me. instead of askmebazaar, if i will talk about amazon and snapdeal etc, they work very fast take the product same day and refund money same day as well. where-in askmebazaar is giving the institution like i have lost my money and cheated.
