I ordered on jan 20 a MI powerbank 5200 mah, I just got it today.
I ordered 5200 mah you sent me 10400 mah, and afterwards its not in working condition also the carry case was broken.
what is that?
Is this your strategy to build faith in customers and making audience?
so kindly refund my product as soon as possible.
