The company had been delivering damaged products and after making a complaint for 3 months the have still not refunded money even after giving the bank details, the products were taken back by the company executive, however the call center executive says that they will arrange the refund if i tell them my bank details over phone.
after numerous calls they have still not refunded the amount.
