Dear Customers,
Just wanted to share my experience about askmebazaar. I had purchased a Samsung power bank (order no: AB1051387) on 5th Feb from this site. It is looking like a duplicate one and can charge my phone upto 20-30%. Raised complaint many times both on Customer care call center as well as on email support. But addressed yet. Pathetic service. It was my first and last purchase from askmebazaar.
I am damn sure this site will not be able to survive with this kind of customer support service. I had used many other sites like flipkart, amazon, snapdeal etc never faced any CC related issue.
Beware to purchase anything from aksmebazaar. Once you purchase you would be not able to replace or get refund.
