[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — Duplicate Power bank case already broken and not working properly

Dear Sir/madam, I ordered for Xiaomi mi 10400 mah powerbank. I received this order today in the morning and after opening the packing the case of the powerbank is already broken and its a duplicate product which is its not working properly and not giving full backup as it should be. Have never came across such worst service from any of the online market portals. Extremely disappointed and wish to take an action against them.Please look into the matter and Kindly refund the amount back. Order No. - AB3439743
