I received the order of MI power bank on 1st checked the product it was completely damage and it an duplicate MI power bank. I called the call center the executives are so lazy that there are not listening to me. Every time i called them they ask for the bank details and say that my complaint was logged today i called them the executive Ahmed receive the call i asked for the status he hang up my call after calling back there are not responding back to me. Kindly look into the matter of order number DGA2579537
