But unfortunately i have received the product in small size and in bad condition. So i want to return the product to you. Hi, i have purchased MI Powerbank 10400 MAh with reference to order number : AB2287630. But unfortunately i have received the product which is in bad condition and it does not have the powerbackup not more than 10 mins. I already have an MI 10400 mAh powerbank which is having good battery back. And this product which i ordered through askmebazaar is not the one which i expected. only 5% of my phone is charged. then powerbank got emptied. again i charged for another 4-5 hours and once again my phone is charged 5%only.
Kindly arrange to collect the product and replace / refund me arranged at the earliest please.
