I had purchased a Vega helmet by paying online with "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" option on askmebazaar.com on 16th Feb 2016 but i have not received the product till date. Yesterday i was informed by the CSE that the product is out for delievery and will get it on 18th Feb EOD, but nothing as such has happened nor i am being informed on any delay in delivery. today again i called the customer care to check the status but they are not in a situation to answer they keep asking me to call after 24 hr. purchase order: NDD9717346 complaint number is QRC13518 Ashish.S [protected] # 304 Sri Vari shelters 2nd main 2nd cross KEB road Ittamadu BSK 3rd Stage Bnagalore 560085 Was this information helpful? | |||||
