I placed an order for Mi Xiomi 10400 Mah Power Bank on 1-May 2015 Order# (DGA2677538), on 6th May product was delivered. later that night when i checked the product i realized the product shipped is not the genuine Mi Xiomi 10400 Mah Power Bank and didn't have the mentioned power capacity.. later on the same night (post midnight, i.e 7th early morning) I called your call center and raised this issue and i was informed that your agent has taken the refund request # QRC486611 and for this reverse pickup will be done in next couple of days followed with the refund of payment in 10-12 days, for this he took my bank account details as well.
It's already 7 days and reverse pick up is not arranged, hence i called again on 13th and was told that reverse pick up is typically takes 7-8 days and with this logic it should happen in next couple of days. Post pick up it will take another 10-12 days for refund processing.
Since there is no communication mode after that i sent this email to their email support [protected]@askmebazaar.com as additional measure to document my complain, however surprised that i haven't received even the acknowledgement of that email...and there is no other means other than calling call center number it's frustrating to deal with such situation.
Since nothing happened till today, i called again and told by the call center agent that it will take another 2-3 working days... This create a serious doubt in my mind that i will get my money back... and felt cheated. Hence force to post this complain here hoping for immediate resolution. Was this information helpful? |
