Dear Team,
I purchased two power bank form your online shopping site ask-me bazaar. but I st of one(Samsung power bank ) was faulty and send back to you but after a long communication with your help line no. [protected] i received the amount of Rs. 299 after 4 month .
On behalf of your advertisement i trust again the ask-me bazaar, and purchased a new power bank MI 10400 purchased Id No-(AB3337451) but its is also faulty or not working properly and when i called to customer care they are not registered my complain against the faulty power bank. and
i noted that the product is not original.
I very much fat-up from the servicing of ask-me bazaar.
Pls take this matter on seriously and resolved the issue..
