[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Faulty product received on 5 May 15 but still not reversed pick up and amount not refund

I have logged a complaint( (QRC475608) on 5 May 15 that I have received faulty product. But till date no one is come to reverse pick up and refund .
I have call many time to customer care number but every time they said that it is in process.
