I saw a promo to get Sony Power bank 10000mAh @ Rupees - 697.00. I got confirmation by mail for the same. Packet was received on the address stated. Description written on packet was correct but when I unwrapped the packet I received non working Xiomi power bank. It was a gift sent to some one which embarrassed me in front of 8-10 people. I called up to logged a complaint on your customer care on the same day they told me servers are not working. Second day they were not ready to accept there fault and I was been told that the product will be taken back in next 2-3 days and money will be refunded in another 2-3 days Stating that this is the policy. Then I believe sending wrong materials and doing fraud is again policy of your Company. I used you services for the first time and got so embarrassed. In my entire life I will never use your services again nor will recommend to anyone else. Fault is yours why should I suffer for that. Was this information helpful? | |||

Last Week on 14th June i have Purchase a 8gb memory card from the website AskmeBazaar.com & i make a payment of Rs 131 from My account. But when i call to customer care at [protected] asking for my order they says we have no order of this number & its a std number & long call waiting. so what can i do for that ?

Where Is my order .I make many calls at ur customer care but no response

of this call is std charges is 0.90 Paisa Per min. i make u around 45 min.
& now i want to cancel this order it is too costly.and i also going to
consumer form for this hrashment.
